Find the purrfect pet
The best way to support the Torre Argentina Cat Sanctuary is to join our adoption at a distance program (AAD). It is a fun way to stay in touch and keep a piece of Rome in your heart!
Adopting at a distance is a symbolic gesture that helps us care not only for the specific cat you’ve chosen, but for all the cats. Our cats share everything!
These donations are also fundamental in continuing our sterilization program. AAD gives the cats a big, beautiful family, and we know how special it makes them feel, especially if you come to visit. To help you get to know the cats better, we send regular updates and digital photos.
Here you can see a small gallery of our most popular stars: just click on the image, to know their story, and what they have to tell you!
Napoleone
Head trauma after being hit by a car left him deaf and with damage to his cerebellum, affecting his equilibrium. A shaky gait but a steady heart. He’s a conqueror only of hearts!
Mia Martini
This young girl arrived at the shelter in July 2024 with a very bobbly head. She has an undiagnosable neurological disorder that doesn’t seem to impact her one bit. She’s full of fun and energy and knows how to pull on heartstrings!
Angelina
The sun is brutal for those left to fend for themselves on the street. Rescued in time to remove the skin cancer, this little snowball will be sure to melt your heart!
We are waiting for you in Torre Argentina to thank you and purr.
METHODS FOR THE DISTANCE ADOPTION OF A CAT from Rome Torre Argentina Cat Sanctuary
We ask, for support, € 15 per month to be paid monthly, or every two, three or more months by bank transfer to our current account,
specifying the name of the chosen cat in the reason for payment:
You can use also PayPal, it's easy!
For every donation and in any case every three months, if the coverage was greater, together with the thanks, we also send news of the adopted cat; if it turns out that he or she is lucky enough (we say that distance adoption brings good luck and often it is so!) to find a forever home, we will immediately let the distance "parents" know so that they can share in the good news.
With a distance adoption you can make the difference for many cats.
